Empathy and understanding for patients who are in an unfamiliar environment with at times, cognitive impairment. An ability to work as a team and under instruction of the qualified therapists. Good written and verbal communications. To assist Therapists with progressing mobility of patients. To liaise and gather information required for setting goals with patients and support discharge plans from hospital. Working under supervision as a team with older adults with reduced mobility.
