As a Physiotherapist with Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, working with adults in community settings, you will provide physiotherapy services only, specialising in respiratory, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care. Operating at Band 6, you will deliver tailored interventions to support recovery, optimise function and enhance quality of life, collaborating closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for adults with respiratory, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic needs in community settings.
Develop, implement and evaluate personalised physiotherapy programmes based on clinical priorities and best practice.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support.
Deliver physiotherapy interventions exclusively in line with professional standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the physiotherapy service.
