Job Details: 

• Able to assess, treat and discharge a range of inpatients.
• Must be able to effectively discharge plan, including having conversations with families and being an integral part of the MDT. 
• Excellent MDT communication skills and able to deal with challenging conversations. 
• NO REMOTE WORKING

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00.
