We are seeking a Band 7 Lead Physiotherapist to join the Learning Disability Partnership, working across Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership for the physiotherapy service within the Learning Disability Partnership.
Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions tailored to individuals with learning disabilities.
Support the development of care pathways and service delivery models.
Supervise and support junior staff, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
