Job Details:
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation cover for respiratory wards, including the Medical High Dependency Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to work in a challenging acute setting within the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients on respiratory and medical HDU wards.
Support patient discharge planning and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure NHS protocols and clinical standards are upheld.
Requirements:
HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy.
Proven NHS experience, including acute medical ward work.
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases independently.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.
