Provide physiotherapy support within the Rehab at Home Team.
Work across inpatient, acute, general medicine, and rehabilitation settings.
Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients as required.
Locum role covering one shift on Friday 17/01/25, 08.00 – 16.00.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and discharge planning.
Ongoing contract with negotiable salary at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.
