Job Details:
Band 6 Physiotherapist required at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust within the Therapy Inpatients Team. The role will focus on:
Rehabilitation and goal setting with patients
Prescribing deconditioning rehab goals
Assessment and provision of equipment
Discharge planning and completion of home visits
Attending board rounds
Working Hours: Shift pattern, 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
