Physiotherapist required for 22 bedded unit for those patients that are MFFD and don’t need to be in an acute bed and awaiting discharge. Patients are admitted with a wide variety of conditions. The multi-disciplinary team work closely together with social services and other external agencies for a safe and effective planned discharge for each patient.
