Job Title: Physiotherapist – Band 6 Area: Somerset Private Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Reablement. Physiotherapist required to work in the Intermediate Care Team to cover sickness. The team work in care homes across Banes. The team offer rehab to permanent residents to reduce risk of decline and promote recovery. The work involves moving and handling on a regular basis. The team also work with temporary care home residents to offer rehab and a plan a return home. Access to a car and UK driving license is essential. This is a small team so work alone most of the time. The team have access to three office bases across Banes. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 / 08.30 – 16.30.
