Job Title: Senior MSK Physiotherapist – Band 6/7 Area: North Scotland NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Experienced Physiotherapist required. Skills/experience: NHS experience. JD available on request: Band 6 JD – To deliver high quality physiotherapy care to service users within the MSK specialty including assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Communication and liaison with health professionals and other agencies.
Contributing to developing the physiotherapy service.
Band 7 JD – Assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients
Communication and liaison with referrers and other agencies
Leading and advising the physiotherapy team in the provision of clinical care to MSK patients
Acting as a highly specialist clinical resource for the physiotherapy service
Development of the specialist MSK service
Directly managing band 5/6 physiotherapists and/or support workers
