Job Title: Physiotherapist Area: Shropshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job Details: The new sub-acute wards are additional community step down inpatient ward setting based on site at Shrewsbury Hospital. A registered Physiotherapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning. Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place. The person will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and an occupational therapist. Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal. Working hours: Full time. Working hours can be flexible but 7-day cover required approx. 8-4 / 9-5-time frames. Code: U.014003.B11574
