Pharmacy Technician (Ward-Based) – South West London

Role: Pharmacy Technician
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive (£18-£20 per hour)
Duties:
- Work closely with hospital ward teams to support medication management processes.
- Ensure medication is dispensed correctly and delivered to the appropriate departments.
- Provide advice to healthcare professionals regarding safe medication use.
- Support clinical pharmacy staff with patient care and medication reviews.
