Job Title: Band 8a Pharmacist
Location: Croydon
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Key Requirements:

Previous NHS experience
Hospital ward-based experience including:
Drug history
Medicines reconciliation
Clinical screening
TTA screening
EPMA experience essential – ideally Cerner (system used at CHS)
