Lead and oversee pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on medicines optimisation and patient safety.
Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacy technicians, junior pharmacists, and other staff.
Drive service improvement, audit, and quality initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and governance within the pharmacy department.
