This role provides the opportunity to support medicines management and distribution, with a focus on oncology, while collaborating with pharmacy technicians and the wider clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Review, dispense, and manage medicines for oncology patients in hospital settings.
Provide clinical advice and guidance to healthcare professionals regarding safe and effective use of medicines.
Support pharmacy technicians and junior staff in daily operations and workflow management.
Participate in medicines optimisation initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards in all pharmacy activities.
Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
