Oxfordshire County Council is looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join the service on a 3-month contract, working 36 hours per week. The role will focus on hospital pharmacy and distribution, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient medication management.
Deliver clinical pharmacy services within the hospital setting.
Manage the safe and accurate distribution of medicines.
Review prescriptions and provide expert advice on safe and effective medication use.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Support and guide pharmacy colleagues in day-to-day activities.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development and professional growth.
