Contract: 3-month contract, with a view to extend
Rate of Pay: £36.00 per hour

Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services in a community-based setting
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
Previous experience in community pharmacy preferred
Car driver required for community outreach and flexibility
