As a Band 7 Pharmacist with Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide pharmaceutical services across community settings, working closely with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals. You will ensure the safe supply and management of medicines, provide expert guidance, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee the preparation, supply and safe management of medicines in community settings.
Provide expert advice and guidance to pharmacy technicians, healthcare professionals and patients.
Maintain accurate records of stock, usage and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with professional, legal and safety requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, procedures and service improvements.
Support training, mentoring and professional development within the pharmacy team.
