Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist – Qualified & Experienced
Location: Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
Salary: £37.50 per hour
Contract: 6 months+
Role: Provide clinical pharmacy services, medicines reconciliation, optimize medication therapy, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements: Previous hospital pharmacy experience and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
