Job Title: Ward-Based Pharmacist – Band 7/8A
Location: Bristol City Council – RSCH, Surgical Assessment Unit
Salary: £33–£40 per hour
Contract: 6 months +
Role: Provide expert pharmaceutical care, conduct medication reviews, ensure safe prescribing, and support patient discharge planning
Requirements: Recent acute hospital experience, strong clinical knowledge, ability to work independently, excellent communication and teamwork skills
