Contract: 6 months +
Hourly Pay: £33 – £40
We are seeking a skilled Ward-Based Pharmacist to join the Surgical Assessment Unit at RSCH, Bristol. This role requires an experienced professional with recent acute hospital experience to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert pharmaceutical care within the Surgical Assessment Unit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy.
Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe prescribing.
Support patient discharge planning and medication reconciliation.
Requirements:
Recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently.
