This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office-based work and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality statutory social work services to children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of looked after children, ensuring their care plans are robust, timely, and meet statutory requirements.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children and young people to promote positive outcomes and permanence planning.

Prepare reports for statutory reviews, court proceedings, and placement panels as required.

Work in partnership with foster carers, residential providers, health, education, and other professionals to support the child’s holistic development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings, ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory frameworks.
