The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in children’s statutory services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Assessments: Conduct thorough statutory assessments of children’s needs and circumstances, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote the health, education, and emotional well-being of children.
- Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions to support children’s well-being and progress.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work collaboratively with foster carers, schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies to deliver coordinated and effective support for children.
- Advocacy: Advocate for children’s rights and access to services, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
