Job details:
Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP within the Community Rehabilitation Service.
This is a community-based role supporting older people in their own homes. Some remote working may be available for administrative tasks; however, the post holder must be able to drive and complete daily community visits.
-
- Assessment and management of older people within their own homes
- Delivery of rehabilitation and reablement interventions in the community
- Completion of moving and handling assessments (essential)
- Prescription of equipment to support independence and safety
- Experience with minor adaptations required
- Community-based caseload management
- Car driver essential with access to own vehicle for work purposes
Working hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
