Manage cases across Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and care proceedings, ensuring timely, effective interventions.

Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring the child’s voice is central to all decision-making and planning processes.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies including education, health, and the police to deliver coordinated safeguarding and early intervention services.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, reviews, and court proceedings, maintaining high professional and legal standards.
