Job Details:

• Occupational Therapy Lead required to provide leadership across Community OT teams.
• Lead locality-based teams supporting adults to maximise independence, safety and wellbeing.
• Provide day-to-day operational management, professional leadership and service stability during transformation.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy practice.
• Oversee triage processes, workflow management and service performance.
• Implement effective supervision structures and support staff development in line with OT Practice Review recommendations.
• Drive service improvement and contribute to wider redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with health partners, particularly Wye Valley Trust therapy services, to ensure integrated pathways.
• Support seamless transitions between hospital, community and reablement services.

Skills / Experience:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration (essential).
• Significant experience within adult social care and community occupational therapy.
• Experience in team management, leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, workflow management and performance oversight.
• Experience leading service improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent partnership working skills across health and social care systems.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
