We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead the Occupational Therapy service within the Borough of Waltham Forest. This role focuses on community-based services for adults, including mental health support. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience in managing OT teams and delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for service development, team management, and ensuring compliance with professional and organisational standards.
Manage and lead the Occupational Therapy service for adults within community and mental health settings
Provide professional supervision, support, and development to OT staff
Oversee service delivery to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care
Lead service planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to enhance service provision
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional standards, including accurate record-keeping and reporting
