Role Overview
An experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) is required to support the OTA TECH Project within Enfield Council. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to an OTA confident working face-to-face within Adult Social Care services.
Main Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the OTA TECH Project.
Undertake delegated tasks in line with project objectives and service requirements.
Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and wider service colleagues.
Engage effectively with service users in a face-to-face setting.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with council procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Experience within Adult Social Care desirable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work reliably and professionally within a project-based role.
Interview Process
Face-to-face short interview.
Ideally willing to complete a half day or full day on the project prior to committing.
