This is a front-line service delivery role, where post holders are directly accountable for performance. Responsibilities may include:

Oversight of significant resources and/or managed contracts.
Collaborative working with co-producers or third-party agencies to achieve outcomes.
Supporting operational managers in the delivery of departmental or team objectives.
