Support the Occupational Therapy Duty team in North West London by contacting and assessing residents awaiting OT assessments.
Assist families of disabled children, older adults, and adults with disabilities or long-term health conditions to promote independence through equipment and adaptations.
Work closely with qualified OTs to implement and monitor interventions, contributing to personalised care plans.
Maintain accurate records, utilise IT systems confidently, and ensure excellent customer service in all interactions.
Develop skills in social care assessments and gain practical experience under the guidance of occupational therapists.
Locum role with ongoing contract, requiring prior experience in an OT team and familiarity with assessing and ordering equipment.
