Job Title:  Therapy Assistant Practitioner – Band 4  (Part time)

Job details:  To cover vacancy. Occupational Therapy Assistant required. To carry out therapy programmes, written by OT, with children under the supervision of OTs. To carry out therapy pathway specific admin tasks. To maintain equipment, follow up orders and support therapy staff in their duties. Experience of working with children with SEN. Experience with completing tasks delegated by OT. Experience with working towards goals set by therapist, education staff etc. Computer literate, team worker, excellent communication skills. Able to work independently with supervision. Awareness of risk management and safeguarding. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00. 17 hours per week over 2 or 3 days
