Brief Job Overview
Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a part-time locum opportunity with Blackburn with Darwen Council, based in Blackburn. Working within Lancashire Social Services, this role offers the opportunity to provide specialist Occupational Therapy support to children and young people within a local authority setting.
The successful candidate will join the service for an initial five-month period, working 18.5 hours per week.
About You
You will be a qualified Paediatric Occupational Therapist with relevant experience working with children and young people. You will be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy and supporting positive outcomes for children and families.
Requirements
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Paediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary or wider professional team.
