  • Assess functional abilities and identify barriers affecting work performance and occupational participation.
  • Produce detailed specialist reports and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Apply vocational rehabilitation and human factors principles to support safe and sustainable return-to-work programmes.
  • Provide specialist advice, education and training to Service Personnel, managers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
  • Support the Occupational Medicine Consultant by delivering timely occupational health advice in line with current guidance and best practice.
  • Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop complex intervention plans based on clinical and non-clinical evidence.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Provide support across other sites when required in accordance with service needs.

About You

You will be a highly motivated Occupational Therapist with excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills. You will be confident working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and passionate about supporting individuals to achieve successful rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
