  • Contribute to quality assurance processes within the Occupational Therapy service.
  • Support staff development and training related to duty service functions.
  • Provide guidance relating to specialist equipment provision, major adaptations, and manual handling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication in line with service policies and statutory responsibilities.

About You

You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in adult social care services and duty-based occupational therapy work. You will demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise referrals within a busy service environment.

Experience coordinating duty services, managing referrals, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams will support success in this role. A good understanding of community services and referral pathways is also important.
