Job Title: Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist – Band 6

Area: North West London NHS

Salary: £negotiable

Job Type: Locum

Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing potential)

Service: Acute Medical Unit

Job Details:

Band 6 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist required to start ASAP within an Acute Medical Unit.
Provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with acute medical conditions.
Support safe and timely discharge planning from the acute setting.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
Manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS and professional standards.

Skills / Experience:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
Experience working within an acute hospital setting.
Experience in discharge planning and rehabilitation.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure.
Strong communication and MDT working skills.

Working Hours: Full time.
