Job Title: Stroke Occupational Therapist – Band 6

Contract Length: Ongoing (3 months initially)
Job Details: Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP for a 3-month placement within the Stroke service.
Provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to patients within the Stroke service
Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to support recovery and functional independence
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharge planning
Manage and prioritise a defined caseload within the acute stroke setting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Skills / Experience:
Essential: Experience working within a Stroke setting
