Job details: Occupational Therapist required for an initial 3-month contract. JD available on request.
Work within an Adult Social Care team undertaking person-centred, strengths-based assessments to promote independence
Develop and apply professional expertise and best-practice interventions to support individuals to manage identified needs
Contribute effectively to the delivery of strategic and service objectives outlined in the annual service plan and Council strategy
Provide administrative and advisory support to ensure the smooth operation of the service
Working arrangements: Hybrid working where possible (approximately 40% office based).
