Job Details
An experienced Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist is required to start ASAP within a busy acute hospital setting. The role will involve delivering high-quality occupational therapy input to support rehabilitation and safe, timely discharge.
Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention across acute inpatient areas.
Deliver acute rehabilitation input and contribute to effective discharge planning.
Manage a varied caseload using sound clinical reasoning and autonomous practice.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient flow and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with Trust and HCPC standards.
Skills & Experience
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
Acute hospital experience essential.
Broad-based clinical skills including acute rehab and discharge planning.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within an MDT.
