Job Details
Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist required to join the Moving and Handling Team. JD available on request.
Provide direct support to individuals and families in line with statutory responsibilities and local and national policies and procedures, managing a caseload to achieve positive outcomes for Manchester residents
Lead the development of effective partnership approaches to safeguard individuals through robust risk management and appropriate recording and sharing of information
Ensure individuals can access services appropriate to their identified needs through effective advice, planning, support, and joined-up working approaches
Support the leadership of the team and service by providing advice and supervision to colleagues, contributing to the development of staff, students, and trainees
