Role Overview
A Band 7 Occupational Therapist is required to join the Therapy Inpatients service at Aintree Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT to provide senior-level clinical input within an acute inpatient setting.
Main Responsibilities
Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention to inpatient caseloads.
Lead on complex clinical decision-making and discharge planning.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient flow and safe discharge.
Offer clinical leadership, guidance and support to junior staff where required.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and governance.
Skills & Experience Required
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Significant experience within acute inpatient services.
Ability to manage complex cases and prioritise workload effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Previous NHS experience essential.
