Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Band 6
Location: Wolverhampton City Council, West Midlands
Salary: £negotiable
Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing
Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Role Overview:
Occupational Therapist required for Adult Social Care, focusing on equipment and adaptations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and provide aids and adaptations for adults to support independence.
Plan and prescribe major adaptations as required.
Work within Adult Social Care services, supporting clients in the community.

Requirements:

Fully qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered).
Experience in aids, adaptations, and major adaptation planning.
Must be a car driver for community visits.
