Wiltshire Council is looking for a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the service. This role focuses on providing specialist occupational therapy, with an emphasis on equipment and adaptations, to support adults in achieving independence and safe daily living.
Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for adult service users
Recommend and facilitate appropriate equipment and adaptations to promote safe and independent living
Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
Support patients and families with guidance, education, and practical advice to optimise outcomes
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards
