Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust – NDDH is looking for a qualified and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist specialising in hand therapy. This role focuses on providing advanced hand therapy interventions to support patient recovery, function, and independence.
Undertake comprehensive assessments and provide specialist hand therapy interventions for patients
Develop and implement advanced rehabilitation programmes to restore hand function and mobility
Advise on and provide splints, equipment, and adaptations to support recovery and daily living
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
Provide guidance, education, and supervision to junior staff and colleagues
Maintain accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards
