Job Details:
Community-based OT roles focused on promoting independence and reducing reliance on packages of care.
Work across Cornwall with a caseload of adults with disabilities.
Face-to-face visits required each week.
Act as an autonomous practitioner within the countywide service and local team structure.
Provide guidance, support, and oversight to colleagues to enable effective multi-disciplinary approaches.
Collaborate with health, social care, local authority, voluntary agencies, and other partners.
Uphold professional standards according to the College of Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics.
Working Hours: Ideally full-time, flexible/negotiable.
Skills/Experience Required:
Adult Social Care experience, preferably community-based.
Able to manage caseloads and deliver holistic, client-centered solutions.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
