As an Occupational Therapist with HCRG Care Ltd at Carrswood Resource Centre in Twerton, Bath, you will work within the adults learning disability and autism service. Operating at Band 6, you will provide specialist occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, enhance daily living skills and improve quality of life.
Carry out detailed occupational therapy assessments for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Develop, implement and review personalised intervention plans based on individual needs and best practice.
Support patients in developing skills for daily living, independence and community participation.
Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement within the learning disability and autism service.
