As a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention to support patients in rehabilitation and maximise their independence. Your role will involve recommending and implementing appropriate equipment and adaptations, ensuring safety and improved quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred care across a range of settings.

  • Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments to identify functional needs and goals.

  • Develop, implement and review tailored rehabilitation programmes to restore independence.

  • Recommend, source and fit suitable equipment and adaptations to meet patient needs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate and deliver effective care plans.

  • Provide education and support to patients and carers on the safe use of equipment and adaptations.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
