Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DMS) is looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to provide specialist assessment and intervention for adult inpatients within general medicine. This OT-only role focuses on promoting independence, recovery, and safe discharge.
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adult inpatients.
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support functional recovery.
Advise on and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations to enhance independence.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Provide guidance and support to patients and carers on strategies to maintain daily living skills.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
