Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with neurological conditions
Develop and implement personalised intervention programmes to promote functional independence
Advise on and provide equipment and adaptations to support safe daily living
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Provide guidance, education, and support to patients and carers
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional and trust standards
