HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the adult therapy service. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality assessment and intervention across acute, general medicine, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and neurology, supporting patients in achieving independence and improved quality of life.
Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across a range of acute and rehabilitation settings.
Support patients with functional recovery, independence, and safe discharge through tailored treatment plans and use of adaptive equipment.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
Provide input into orthopaedic, neurological, and general medical caseloads, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
Supervise and support junior staff, assistants, and students in their professional development.
Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives within occupational therapy.
