Experienced Occupational Therapist required to support the Intensive Rehabilitation Service for bed based rehabilitation. Experience with care of the elderly, orthopaedics, neurology, falls prevention and discharge planning will be beneficial. This is a small and highly motivated therapy team who support patients following a pathway 2 discharge from hospital for a 28 day stay in a care home setting with the team providing daily rehabilitation interventions to prepare them for discharge home or into their long term setting.
