Job details:  Occupational Therapist required for 3 months from May to July. To work with people in the community who are receiving a reablement service and support people being discharged from a hospital pathway to home environment. Car driver required as will need to work in South Glos area and work within care homes/hospital settings to support the hospital discharge pathways. Hybrid working available but post holder will initially be expected to be in the office to complete any training etc. The post holder will still be expected to work at least 2 days in the office and even if working from home on the other days they would still be expected to be able to do visits within South Gloucestershire or come into the office if requested.  There is free parking on site.
