Job details:  Acute Mental Health. To cover vacancy. Undertake OT Assessment and produce reports that support the discharge of patients through identification of support needs in the community. Provide 1:1 and Group Interventions to patients on the Older Adult/Frailty Mental Health Wards. OT experience within Older Adult Mental Health Services. Able to undertake assessments and produce reports in a effective and efficient manner. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00. 30 hours per week.
